No Refunds

We have no return policy, which means after receiving your item to request a return, “clarifies that the seller does not accept returns either. In other words, if you receive an item and it is damaged, or faulty you might be able to return it for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at info@skinepak.com to inform us of your intention to return an item.

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping address along with detailed instructions on how to prepare your package.

  4. Package the item securely, ensuring it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in our return policy. Include your receipt or proof of purchase within the package.

  5. Ship the item to the provided return address using a reliable shipping method, and be sure to obtain a tracking number for your reference.

  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return according to our return policy.

 Return Authorization

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
